Singapore Changi Airport was voted the best in the world for the second year in a row.
The award is based on research conducted by Skytrax, a British consulting firm, which surveyed 110 nationalities 12850000 passengers in 395 airports worldwide.
“Changi Airport continues to develop its quality standards to receive the title of favorite airport in the world again,” – said Edward Plaisted, CEO of Skytrax. “Changi Airport – known leader and innovator in the tourism industry. It really fascinates and surprises tourists who happen to use its services. Changi Airport demonstrates how to make waiting in airports enjoyable part of the journey.”
