An island instead of a hotel room

Sir Richard Branson’s private home in the British Virgin Islands is on the rental market again.

Branson’s House on Necker island was struck by lightning during a storm in 2011 and destroyed in the fire. The two-year reconstruction passed and the House invites tourists once more.

The Great house has eight additional bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps up to six children. There are also six individual one-bedroom houses across the island.

All meals and drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic),  transfer from airport, water sports, tennis and a freshwater pool and large Jacuzzi are included in price-tag.

If tourists don’t want to hire the entire island, they can book individual rooms hotel-style for seven nights.
