London plans to build a new airport

Airport with six runways can be built at the mouth of the Thames River about 50 miles east of central London.

This idea formed the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, is part of the solution to the crisis aviation facilities in London. Airport can be built over seven years with a budget of about £ 47,3 billion ($ 76 billion).

New London aviavuzol be called London Britannia Airport and is located on an artificial island created specifically for the airport , according to the consortium Testrad.

Reuters reported that the plan will be presented on Monday in the House of Lords.

Testrad says the BBC said that the location of runways at that airport ”  allow simultaneous operation of three or four aircraft 24 hours a day in all weather conditions. ” Testrad adds that, according to his proposal Heathrow likely have to close in order to support the new center .
